Casa Rafael was started with a simple belief: everyone deserves a chance.

When I first started taking an interest in modeling, I had a lot of questions. I wanted to understand how the industry worked, how to get signed, what agencies were looking for, how to prepare for castings, and what I needed to do to build a real career.

Curious as ever, I constantly reached out to signed models and industry professionals hoping to learn from their experiences and get some direction. More often than not, I was ignored.

That experience stayed with me.

I made a pact with myself that if I ever reached a point where I had enough experience, knowledge, and understanding of the industry to help someone else, I would. I didn’t want another aspiring model to feel like they had to figure everything out alone simply because they didn’t know the right person or have access to the right information.

That is where Casa Rafael began.

After years of working in the modeling industry, developing my own career, navigating castings, agencies, fittings, runway, styling, and the realities that come with building a career as a model, I realized how much of the process is learned through experience — and how difficult it can be to know where to start.

Casa Rafael was created to bridge that gap.

My goal is to make the information, guidance, and experience I’ve gained more accessible. I want Casa Rafael to be a hub for knowledge, development, and opportunity — a place where aspiring and working models can come to learn, ask questions, develop their skills, and better understand how to navigate the industry.
